Our holiday villa is located only 250 metres from the beautiful Arenella beach on the east coast of Giglio Island, and is surrounded by a private garden.
The flat is on the ground floor and has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all with showers, one of which is smaller but ‘en suite’ than one room. All rooms have a double bed and a large wardrobe. There is no air conditioning but each room has nice windows and in case it gets too hot, there are cooling fans.
The small kitchen with sea view is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, four-burner hob and electric oven. A small living room with TV and a small breakfast/dining area complete the house’s facilities.
On the front of the house there is a patio sheltered from the sun with a large wooden table seating at least 8 and an aperitif corner, while on the side of the house there is a picnic table in the sun.
The house has a reserved outdoor parking space from which the garden gate is accessed. To get to the entrance of the house you have to walk up a driveway of about 15 metres with about ten steps.

The island of Giglio can be reached all year round by taking a one-hour boat journey from Porto Santo Stefano on Monte Argentario. From there, ferries travel to Giglio Porto, the island’s only port.
