The Villa Gioia is beautifully situated on the foothills between Giglio Porto and Giglio Castello. Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, we have three beautiful apartments with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea from the large terraces. Furnished in a modern and tastfully style, enjoy a holiday with all the comforts.

Our Apartments
Apartment Torre - 4 Pers.
The two-storey apartment Torre, completed in 2021, offers all the luxury for a pleasant and relaxed stay. On the top floor, you will find the living room with an open kitchen as well as a luxurious bathroom with a shower.
Via a staircase, you will reach the lower floor with a luxurious bedroom and the second luxurious bathroom with a shower. The spacious terrace offers a view over the Mediterranean Sea and is equipped with a pergola for extra shelter on hot days.
Apartment Romantico - 2-3 Pers.
The Romantic Apartment is a small detached house from the main villa in the large garden of the property ideal for 2-3 people. Renovated in 2022, it offers a beautiful sea view terrace with Jacuzzi. It has a living room with open kitchen and sofa bed, a bedroom and a bathroom with a second external shower.

Villa Gioia is located on the east coast of the Giglio Island in a panoramic position above the Arenella Bay.
