The apartment has been recently renovated and furnished with great attention to detail. From the path you enter directly to the pergola-covered terrace, which we also affectionately call “il salotto” (living room) of the house: spacious and fully furnished you can enjoy a pleasant sea breeze all day long. The modern apartment has a living room with a high quality sofa bed, a new fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with walk-in shower. Feel at home and relax with all the amenities such as a large HD TV, a mini hi-fi system, a dishwasher or a Nespresso capsule coffee machine.
From the large furnished terrace with dining table, sun loungers and sitting area you enter the living room with high quality sofa bed (a new one will be delivered at the end of July), TV Ultra HDTV 43″ and a mini-stereo bluetooth The new kitchen is fully furnished and has an oven, large fridge with separate freezer compartment, dishwasher and Nespresso capsule coffee machine. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and a quiet ceiling fan.. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and a washing machine.
You can park your car on the street above the houses. In around 5 minutes on foot you can reach the beach of Arenella, to which a small road leads down in the middle of the Mediterranean maquis. If you are not “afraid” of the hill, you can also reach the harbour of the island “Giglio Porto” on foot in less than 30 minutes. There are no shops in the settlement.
