“Villa le Rocce is another Giglio” is a wonderful compliment received from a guest visting for years Giglio and who stayed with us for the first time.
Villa Le Rocce is an elegant villa with swimming pool, immersed in the quiet of the Cannelle hill with a wonderful view of the unique and spectacular sea, which starts from the Argentario Promontory up to the nearby island of Giannutri.
The Villa and every single apartment have large outdoor spaces and furnished terraces. Guests have access to various services and amenities. The Villa is 1,500 m from the tourist haerbour Giglio Porto, 320 m from the Cannelle beach and 1 km from the Caldane beach.

- Swimming pool with spectacular views over the Cannelle bay (open from May to October);
- The Ponte di Comando apartment has a 4×4 car available for guests;
- The Bianco apartment has a 4×4 car available for guests;
- The Blu apartment has a 125cc scooter and two helmets available for guests;
- The Giallo apartment has a 125cc scooter and two helmets available for guests;
- In the Relax Area you will find a coffee machine with pods (Coffee, Barley, Herbal teas etc.);
- In the Relax Zone you will find the machine to purify water for domestic use (80 liters per hour), easy to use. Still water and sparkling water are dispensed.
- Kitchen accessories (refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, pots, pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, oil, salt, sugar, spices);
- All apartments have a parking space;
Information
- We are openall year round.
- Possibility to rent the whole villa or the apartments individually.
- Francesco, the caretaker of Villa le Rocce, is in charge of picking you up at the Port to accompany you to the villa upon your arrival and will bring you back to the ferry on your departure.
- In case of arrival before check-in time, there is the possibility to leave the luggage safely.
- The swimming pool is not heated and is open from May to October.
- The cleaning and linen service is compulsory and subject to charges.
- We do not serve breakfast and we do not do catering. We are not a Bed & Breakfast.
- Distance from Cannelle beach 320 meters, Giglio Porto 1.5 km, Caldane beach 1 km (on foot)
- The barbecue area is used only by guests who rent the Entire Villa or the Ponte di Comando apartment.
- Outdoor area with washing machine and large drying room is for use only by guests who rent the Entire Villa or the Ponte di Comando apartment.

Villa le Rocce is divided into 4 apartments (it can also be rented entirely) and has a total of 14 beds, three kitchens and very large outdoor spaces.
Apartment "Ponte di Comando"
